I’m looking very seriously into a career change, and all I want is to find a career in which my talents are best utilized, and to be paid market value for those talents. Does anyone know of a career service that provides assessment of your skills and talents, and which careers you’d be best suited for?

I’m not looking for a plug for HotJobs or any other job search engine here. That’s a good enough site for those who already know what they’re looking for. I have no idea where my talents would work best, so I’m looking for some expert advice.

I am doing around 1/k month now, and I don’t know what I should do about Taxes. All that 1K of revenue is not pure profit, I also have expenses that are used to make that money, about 1K/month. I need to fill out a W-9 form before I could get my earnings. However, I just do it under my own name, as there is really nothing to worry about.

However, would I need to set up something, like a LLC or something, I feel I should only pay taxes in my profits and not on all revenue. So I would be writing off computers, internet, % of my home for office space, and then other things related to my Search Marketing process.

I signed a lease with option to buy in October 2007 in Florida. The housing market fell apart in 2007-2008 and the purchase price of this house was now $75,000 more than it would appraise for. The lease expired in 2008 and I continued to pay rent(without a lease), hoping the market would turn around so I could buy it. I starting getting foreclosure paperwork late 2009. I searched my county’s court records and found out that the house has been in foreclosure since March 2008 and is in the final stages of foreclosure. I know that as long as his name is on the title, then I owe rent and I have paid the rent. I also know that I have no hopes of ever getting my deposit back(from the original 2007 lease) because he doesn’t have the money. I’m planning on suing him for the deposit. Do I have any legal recourse for getting any of my rent returned? I have done my part in paying rent, doesn’t the owner have a legal responsibility to keep up with his payments? He has lied to me about the foreclosure since the first notice I received, telling me he has a loan modification in the works and there was nothing to worry about. According to his bank and the courts, it’s too late for that.

Most of time , it shows very different with google, I compare with informations that I need. And compare almost everyday using many other search engines, actually I found it is two (Yahoo and Google).

Sometimes I put same Chinese key word in Yahoo US and Yahoo Taiwan to test who is more accuracy , then it shows big differently, only take a glance , I know Taiwan Yahoo is not accuracy, it is a mass of who pay money to TaiwanYahoo,but it is really not accuracy by regular. Internet is fair and just , and God is fair, it won’t last long in this situation.

US is hard to know real Chinese thinking, why ? Thinking the failure Ebay in Taiwan and Ebay in Taiwan, US head will never know what tricks Chinese play, I am telling US Yahoo, because TaiwanYahoo is not listening to many users , only notice and people who pays. Users turn search portal to google , but still use Yahoo other services. By business data records , TwYahoo seem to win in search engine.
Example,You can check www.taiwanflorist.com.tw is listed high rank in Alexa and Google , and also in US Yahoo, but is purposely moved out in TaiwanYahoo, it is originally listed in TaiwanYahoo for years , TwYahoo are playing a trick to US head.
they is set up a seduce to submit freely, after that TY got this data, they will check this site pay or not pay. If not pay , it is moved by manually. It is evil. Can you believe that ?

Of course, at least I can show you hundreds examples that TwYahoo is not accuracy in search.(If you are willing to pay me,kidding, I can show you thousands examples).

It is evil and will not last long , because Internet cannot be block. Users will go the right search.

I’m 23 in Baltimore, MD and graduated in 12/05 with a BS and have been working full time ever since (since 1/06, a year and 5 months experience). I’ve been offered a position starting at 65K with a really fun marketing and web company 15 minutes away with 4 weeks paid vacation.

This was my first offer in my search, but honestly I’m thinking of taking it (looks like a fun/friendly place to work). Does that salary figure seem to low though? Thanks.

my ads seem to NEVER show! What am I doing wrong?

I know I’m using highly targeted keywords that aren’t known to many advertisers(how I know these certain keywords are simply a white hat paid marketing method I use), MEANING I have several keywords that are searched over 100K times a month and about 75 that are searched 14K-75K each a month that average ~$0.05 CPC.

My quality score for the keywords are 7/10 which is considered good.
My maximum CPC is $3.50 set on automatic bidding and the keywords I use have an average CPC of $0.05.

Why won’t my ads show?
I also forgot to add that my campaigns have been approved by Google and the campaigns are enabled so that’s not the problem
@wokan.. that’s not the reason. When I’m logged into my Adwords account in my database it’s not showing 0 impressions for everyone. It’s not showing to anyone.
@Duncan.. I have my Clickbank hoplink redirected to a site which is strictly fine by Google as long as the final destination page matches the url shown on the ad. The method I use is “PPC Bully.” It’s not black hat I promise. If it was I wouldn’t use it!

How do I get my site to appear on a google search/on the first page of a search?

A patent attorney family member offered to do a patent search, even write up a Utility for my child safety device, but I’m broke right now and can’t pay the filing fee. This invention is totally new, there is nothing like it on the market right now. How do you think I will be taken with only a provisional? Will companies even take me seriously? If they are interested is there a chance they would help pay for patenting fees? I have no idea how this process typically works. Any help would be great.
